JB Restaurant - One of the World’s Best

In Ljubljana, the European Green Capital 2016, chef Janez Bratovž prepares amazing and fresh dishes at his JB Restaurant, which has landed him on the list of San Pellegrino’s 50 Best Restaurants in the World. It hosted the journalist Rowena Dumlao Giardina from Honest Cooking magazine, which described the restaurant as a place where dining is a fine culinary experience. JB Restaurant is a family owned restaurant which was founded by head chef Janez Bratovž twenty years ago. His wife Ema functions as the manager, his daughter Nina as the sommelier, and son Tomaž as one of the chefs.
