Olympic spirit in Sinfo

During the Olympics in Rio, the magazine of the Slovenian Government Communication Office, Sinfo, wrote about the Slovenian athletes. Active Slovenia has many amateur and professional sportspeople, who achieved great results in the international championships. In the last 25 years, Slovenian athletes have won 38 Olympic medals, including 23 at the Summer Olympics.

Slovenian athletes have returned from Rio with 4 medals. In the spirit of the Olympic Games, the Slovenian Government Communication office published an edition of Sinfo – the Best from Slovenia, dedicated to one of the biggest sports events in the world. Green, active and healthy Slovenia can boast an abundance of top athletes and champions. Slovenia is a sporting nation not only in terms of professional achievements but also in the number of recreational sportsmen and women who are ambassadors of a healthy lifestyle.
