Terme Ptuj invites visitors to experience a Styrian culinary symphony, complete with regional specialties and local wines that reflect the city’s longstanding winemaking tradition. Pork, dumplings, potatoes and beans dominate the plates, while turnips and sauerkraut add distinctive flavour.

Health Resort Zdravilišče Radenci

At Health Resort Zdravilišče Radenci, culinary traditions of Prlekija take centre stage, prepared with heart and heritage. Local flour varieties – wheat, rye and buckwheat – form the base for traditional pastries, breads and savoury delights like pogača, gibanica, and žganci. Many dishes are enriched with cracklings, curd cheese, herbs and fruits, while some are uniquely prepared with Radenci mineral water, such as apple strudel, sauces and soups.
