Discover Fresh Adventures in Piran and Padna

The Portorož Tourist Board has created three new experiences that invite visitors to discover the marine world, cultural treasures and the Istrian countryside.

The first, the Sea & Discover Family Ticket, brings the underwater world of Piran to life with entry to the Piran Aquarium, the Shell Museum and the Dolphin Center. Valid for three days, it allows two adults and up to three children to explore at their own pace. At the end of the adventure, the family is rewarded with a sweet or aromatic treat – a complimentary scoop of ice cream or coffee at the Piran City Café.

The Portorož & Piran Pass offers a cultural journey through Piran’s most iconic sights: the medieval city walls, the Church of St. George with its Museum of Sacred Art and bell tower, and the exciting multimedia museum Mediadom Pyrhani. Also valid for three days, the experience ends with a complimentary coffee or ice cream at the Piran City Café – a perfect finale to a cultural exploration.

For lovers of nature and Istrian tradition, The Countryside Escape by E-Bike Tour begins at the Padna Tourist Information Point, where visitors receive an e-bike, helmet and a map of scenic routes through vineyards, olive groves, rolling hills and charming stone villages. Along the way, carefully marked stops highlight authentic local experiences. Families can also take advantage of a free child seat (up to 12 kg), making the excursion accessible for everyone. Upon return, each guest is welcomed with a bag of local delicacies – a taste of Istria to take home.

All three experiences can be easily booked online or in person at the tourist information points in Portorož, Piran and Padna.
