A Season of Wellness & Fun at Terme Olimia

A Season of Wellness & Fun at Terme Olimia

This year, the thermal resort continues to impress with revitalized attractions, wellness innovations and a glimpse into exciting developments on the horizon.

Summer is almost here, and Terme Olimia is ready to create new memories with a fresh lineup of experiences tailored to all generations.

Water Fun for Kids of All Ages

Aqualuna Thermal Park is opening its gates again, bringing summer energy with it. The playful safari setting introduced last year now hosts over 100 life-sized animal sculptures, sparking imagination and interactive discovery for younger visitors. The expansive water tower and legendary King Cobra slide remain favourites, while Termalija Family Fun offers an indoor escape with water cannons, mini slides, a climbing wall, Oliland playroom and a 7D cinema.

For Nature-Loving Romantics: Glamping and Wellness Bliss

For couples seeking serenity and connection, Terme Olimia presents a blend of indulgence and nature. Wellness Orhidelia continues to be a sanctuary of peace, where sound therapy, thermal springs, and tranquil rest areas await. Glamping Olimia offers a luxurious alternative to camping – a secluded stream winds between elegant tents, creating a fairy-tale atmosphere under the pines. For those who prefer classic comforts, Wellness Hotel Sotelia stands ready with style and hospitality.

A Sneak Peek into 2026: Slovenia’s First Family Hotel

Looking ahead, excitement builds for the debut of Slovenia’s first dedicated family hotel at Terme Olimia, opening in May 2026. Designed with families in mind, the hotel will offer 146 family-focused rooms and direct indoor access to the Termalija Family Fun complex. Entertainment, creative zones, and interactive play areas will elevate the experience, while other hotels will continue to evolve – with Hotel Sotelia gradually shifting toward an adult-focused concept.

This article is a result of an exciting partnership with The Association of Slovenian Natural Spas (SSNZ), of which Terme Olimia proudly holds membership. Serving as a unified platform, the association brings together top 12 Slovenian spas, which focus on utilizating natural therapeutic elements such as thermal waters, potable mineral waters, sea water, salt pan mud and more. The association leads the way in pioneering New Age tourism while upholding traditional standards of preventive and curative healthcare.
