The 73rd Ljubljana Festival, one of Europe's oldest and most prestigious cultural events, will take place from June 20 to September 12.

As one of Europe’s oldest and most prestigious music festivals, the Ljubljana Festival, founded in 1953, celebrates its 73rd edition next summer.

This renowned event attracts visitors from around the world, bringing together the world’s leading artists and cultural institutions in Slovenia’s vibrant capital. The festival’s diverse programme includes symphonic and chamber concerts, opera, ballet, musical and theatre performances, as well as jazz and popular music concerts, showcasing top foreign and domestic talent.

The 73rd Ljubljana Festival, taking place from June 20 to September 12, will open with a Summer Night dedicated to the 60th anniversary of composer Janez Bončina Benč’s musical legacy. Among the festival's highlights are the concert by The Duke Ellington Orchestra on July 3 and a performance by Hamo & Tribute 2 Love with the RTV Slovenia Big Band on August 28 at Križanke.
