It's Time For Carnival and First Spring Gastronomy Events

The weekend brings carnival celebrations and parades across Slovenia. As spring awakens, the most delicious week of the season follows—Spring Restaurant Week takes place from March 21 to 30, with reservations opening on March 10. Don’t miss the grand opening of Open Kitchen and vibrant Colorful Fridays in the capital. Before Easter, be sure to visit the Malvasia Festival in Portorož, the Chocolate Festival in Radovljica, and the Pier of Flavours in Izola.
