As bears emerge from their winter slumber, they extend an invitation for you to join them for a picturesque picnic amidst the tranquil southern reaches of Slovenia. Additionally, we invite you to experience the culinary delights of Gostilna Kunstelj in Gorenjska, the cozy atmosphere of Grad Štanjel Bistro in Primorska, and the culinary creations of chef Bine Volčič's estate nestled in the rolling hills of Goričko. GAULT&MILLAU UNVEILS 2024'S TOP PICKS FOR SLOVENIA 

The eagerly awaited sixth edition of the Gault&Millau is here. The inspectors carefully combed a number of establishments and selected only the most outstanding restaurants, delightful bistros, and exceptional street food vendours. Additionally, top-tier winemakers and boutique beer brewers were highlighted and they also named the Chef of the Year, Chef of the Future and Traditional cuisine Chef, Young Talent and Best Service and Sommelier. Four toques were given out to 10 restaurants, with 30 restaurants receiving three toques.
