A new Michelin article about JB Restaurant
Last October, a Michelin Guide journalist visited Slovenian restaurants featured in the latest Michelin guide. The third of the six articles presents JB, the Ljubljana-based restaurant, and the life story of chef Janez Bratovž.
In the latest Michelin article entitled JB Restavracija: honest home-style cooking, the JB restaurant and his owner, Janez Bratovž are brought to the spotlight. Considered a pioneer of Slovenian top cuisine, master of innovations from traditional, forgotten and less used ingredients, Bratovž has been skilfully combining culinary heritage and current expectations into ingenious natural-flavoured dishes for 30 years.
