11 Slovenian restaurants make it to La Liste's list of the 1000 best restaurants in the world
La Liste 1000 is a prestigious French ranking of only the best restaurants in the world. 11 Slovenian restaurants are on the list for 2023.
The prestigious La Liste 1000, a ranking of the world's best restaurants, has been published in Paris. The list, which was initiated by the French Foreign Ministry, was first published in 2015. Unlike other similar rankings and restaurant guides, it is not compiled by judges but by a computer algorithm. It compiles the ranking using data from hundreds of guides, thousands of media publications and millions of online reviews.
Slovenian restaurants have been included on La List since its inception, with 11 restaurants making the list for 2023.
The highest-listed among them is Hiša Franko, followed by Gostilna pri Lojzetu, Dam, Hiša Denk, Grič, JB, Ošterija Debeluh, Strelec, Cubo, Danilo and Mak.
