The 2021 edition of I FEEL SLOVENIA IRONMAN 70.3 Slovenian Istria

The most daring triathletes will first swim in Koper for 2 km and continue with 90km cycling along the hinterland of Koper and Izola between the lovely Istrian villages, olive groves and vineyards. The finish will be a 21km long run.

The organizers are upgrading this year's event with the accompanying culinary event IRONMAN Restaurant Week, which will take place from 17 to 19 September and present Slovenia as a unique gastronomy destination. Participation in the Restaurant Week project was confirmed by 14 restaurants from all coastal municipalities. 

This year's event also pays special to the sustainable commitment of Slovenia by raising awareness of the need to protect the environment and reduce the use and inappropriate disposal of waste. For this reason, at the event, recycled products and equipment will be used.

Slovenia ranks among the top most sporting countries in the world in terms of the number of top athletes. Even during the COVID-19 epidemic, by proving strict safety and health measures and providing appropriate conditions for sports teams, it has proven to be an excellent organizer of competitions and successfully conducted several major international competitions.
