160 g ground walnuts

160 g butter

160 g flour

140 g sugar

2 tbsp honey

A pinch of salt



500 g cottage cheese

4 egg yolks

100 g butter

100 g overheated cream



4 egg whites

150 g sugar


Sieve the flour and add a pinch of salt, break the butter, add walnuts, honey and sugar and knead the dough. Let the prepared dough rest for 30 minutes and then roll it on baking paper and place in a baking tin of size 20x25 cm. Bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 170°C. Before placing the dough in the oven, pierce several times.

When the dough is baked, spread the cottage cheese filling over it and bake for another 15 minutes. Make the filling by mixing the butter, mashed cottage cheese, overheated cream and egg yolks. After baking, whip egg yolks and add sugar and then spread on the dough. Place the pie in the oven again and bake for another 12 minutes at a temperature of 180°C.
