Leteči žganci (Flying žganci)

Ingredients:

  • chicken legs and wings
  • flour
  • eggs
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • frying oil

Preparation

Wash chicken legs and wings and add salt. Roll in the flour, immerse in beaten egg and then roll them in breadcrumbs. Fry in oil. Originally, they were fried in pork fat or linseed oil.
