Ingredients:

  • 500 g cookies
  • 200 g honey (preferably forest honey from Kočevje)
  • 200 g margarine
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons rum
  • Crystallized honey for the filling (preferably forest honey from Kočevje)
  • Cookies for the base
  • Confectioner's sugar for the dusting

Preparation

Crumble the cookies and add all the other ingredients for the dough. Mix to make a smooth mixture. Shape into balls to fit the beehive mould. Make a hole in the middle and fill with honey. Place on a whole cookie to provide a base. Finish with a dusting of confectioner's sugar.
