Ingredients:

4 kg of millet groats

3 dl of milk

15 dried prunes without stones

1 tbsp sugar

Preparation

First, cook the groats in water for 5 minutes. Then drain the water, add the prunes and milk, and cook for another 15 minutes. Let the groats sit for 10 minutes, so that the millet gets soaked well. The dish can be served as an on its own or a as a dessert with compote, which can also be served with a delicious vanilla cream.
