Slovenian Incoming Workshop - SIW is the flagship B2B tourism business event, organized by the Slovenian Tourism Board (STB) for foreigh tourism partners. Once every year SIW offers time-efficient meetings with Slovenian tourism providers. SIW is the perfect business opportunity to establish and strengthen partnerships between foreign tour operators and travel agencies, and the Slovenian tourism partners.

STB has many years of excellent experiences with the organization of SIW, as it already organized the 26th annual SIW event in the year 2024!

Each year, STB creates a rich program for SIW participants from abroad to present them the most promising content for preparing attractive holiday in Slovenia.  

Before the main business day, STB organizes a study excursion for all foreign participants who are visiting Slovenia for the first time and want to experience the key attractions of Slovenia,  the diverse European destination at the junction of Alps, Mediterranean and Pannonian plain.

The central day of the SIW event is a workshop with one-to-one meetings of registered foreign participants with Slovenian tourism partners. Almost all Slovenian tourism providers awaits you every year at SIW with a current competitive selection of vacations in the green heart of Europe!

After the B2B workshop day, foreign participants are invited to participate on the Two-day or One-day thematic fact-finding tours, based on the content and product interests of tourists. On this way the participants can experiance ACTIVE, WELLNESS or CULTURE study tour and learn about the unique experiences in Slovenia.

All SIW participants have the opportunity to enjoy excellent Slovenian gastronomy during the whole event.

On this way, STB every year hosts at SIW about 300 tourist companies, of which a good half are from European countries as well as from overseas markets.
