Slovenia on the Global Tourism Stage at WTM London: Unique Experiences & New Business Opportunities

From 4 to 6 November 2025, Slovenia’s tourism industry will once again turn its focus to one of the world’s leading events in leisure travel and tourism – the World Travel Market - WTM London 2025. This key global platform plays an essential role in strengthening Slovenia’s international visibility and fostering new business partnerships.

WTM London has long been recognised as a central meeting point for the global tourism industry, bringing together an international community of professionals eager to exchange ideas, explore trends, and shape the future of travel.

Last year’s edition attracted more than 46,000 visitors and facilitated over 34,000 pre-scheduled business meetings. The Slovenian Tourist Board (STB), together with 16 leading Slovenian tourism companies and organisations, will showcase Slovenia’s diverse and sustainable tourism offer on a 210 m² exhibition area. The stand’s strategic location next to the N8 entrance ensures premium visibility and direct access to international business partners and media representatives.

Spotlight on Slovenia Unique Experiences

As part of Slovenia’s presentation, a special event will take place at the Slovenian stand on Wednesday, 5 November, at 2 PM. The moderated discussion – attended by selected media and influencers – will spotlight Slovenia Unique Experiences that combine authenticity, creativity and sustainability. The event will also include the launch of the latest book by globally acclaimed tourism expert Terry StevensThe Spark and a Sense of Wonder: A Guide for Creating and Enjoying Inspirational Tourist Experiences. The book celebrates outstanding tourism stories from across the world and features five Slovenia Unique Experiences, recognised for their originality, authenticity and emotional depth. Slovenian destinations participating in WTM will also take part in the discussion, adding their voices to the conversation on the future of meaningful, experience-driven tourism.
