Social Media Content Creator Collaboration – Application Form

Thank you for your interest in collaborating with the Slovenian Tourist Board.  

We work with selected content creators whose audiences, content quality, values and proposed concepts align with Slovenia’s tourism communication priorities. 
 
Collaborations are primarily based on hosted or barter arrangements. Depending on the agreed project, support may include full or partial coverage of approved travel-related services and expenses. A creator fee is not guaranteed and may only be considered for selected campaigns, subject to available budget and prior written agreement.

7. Type of support requested

Slovenian Tourist Board collaborations are primarily arranged as hosted or barter partnerships. Support is assessed individually and may include full or partial coverage of agreed services or approved expenses. Cash payments and creator fees are not standard and are considered only for selected campaigns.

By submitting this form, I hereby consent, until revoked, to Slovenian Tourist Board (STB) processing my provided personal data for the purpose of keeping records about the media interested in visiting Slovenia on a press trip. In addition, I allow the STB to contact me via e-mail with regards to the possible press trip.

By submitting this form, I hereby consent, until revoked, with STB forwarding my data only to those third parties (local tourism organisations and other providers) that will be clearly stated in my itinerary. The data will be forwarded in order to provide the necessary support for the organisation of the press trip on the destinations included in the itinerary.

By submitting this form, I acknowledge that STB may make my personal data available to an influencer marketing agency engaged by STB as a data processor for the purpose of providing support in managing and implementing STB’s collaborations with influencers and content creators. The agency will process my personal data solely on behalf of STB and in accordance with STB’s documented instructions.

I acknowledge that my data will not be processed for other purposes and that my personal data will be used only until I withdraw my consent or as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data was collected. After this period, the data will be deleted, destroyed, blocked, or anonymized.
