Zgornji Kocjan (Slovenske Gorice, Radenci), 270 metres, population 44. This dispersed ridge settlement in the hills of Kapelske Gorice lies on a spur to the south of Kapela (312 metres). A number of newer houses have been built among the former vineyard cottages. The sunny slopes are planted with modern, well-tended vineyards belonging to the Kapela winery and with some individual orchards. Below them are fields, while the Šutejeva Graba ravine is covered with forest. At the southern edge of the village are the remains of Kocjan Castle, also known locally as Attila's Castle, which first appears in historical records in 1443.
