At Žorž's in Slap near Vipava, they adhere to very traditional winegrowing and winemaking traditions. At the same time they constantly strive to improve the quality of their wines by learning and experimenting, using improvements in winemaking and winegrowing technology where appropriate.

Within the 24,71 acre large area of vineyards, they grow a wide range of white and red wine sorts, which they sell bulk or bottled. They grow Merlot, Sauvignon, Cabernet Sauvignon, Ribolla, Malvsia, Barbera as well as Zelen and Pinela, indigenous sorts to the Vipava Valley.

A group of a maximum of 50 people can visit their wine-cellar for guided wine tasting.
