The Bistrica stream gets its water from below the lower Bohinj mountains and runs into the Sava Bohinjka River at Bohinjska Bistrica. Its spring with the rapids and its gorge where there is a collector for the local water system are particularly interesting. A forest road from Bohinjska Bistrica leads to the spring. The walk takes an hour.
