Prestranek Castle, located in karst forests between Primorska and Notranjska, has been involved in breeding horses of the noblest lines for almost three hundred years. A tourist village devoted exclusively to horse lovers is being developed on the castle property. There are horses of the warm-blooded Slovene breed in the stable, where experienced trainers train them and teach riding skills.
