 Playing golf in RadovljicaIn Radol'ca, close to the border with Bled, lies Bled Golf Course, one of the most beautiful golf courses in Central Europe. You will love the older King's Course and the modern Lake Course, together comprising a total of 27 holes. Right beside the greens you will be served your meal as you watch other golfers in the King's Club House or Lake House. Bled Golf Course is located between Lesce and Bled in an idyllic natural setting, offering beautiful vistas of the Karavanke Range and the Julian Alps. In the reputable Golf World magazine, it ranked 54th out of 6,400 courses in continental Europe. It was opened in 1937 and was the first golf course in Slovenia. The King's Course, which has 18 holes, was redesigned in 1972 by Donald Harradine, the renowned golf course architect. By incorporating the original features of the natural terrain, his design provides for a diverse game of golf, which is one of the reasons why players always want to return. The contemporary 9-hole Lake Course is characterised by a varied relief and three water hazards. Optional combinations of holes on both courses provide for a varied golfing experience.
