The Stipič tourist farm is situated high in Gorjanci mountain chain in Planina pri Podbočju village has an altitude of 684m overlooking the Krško-Brežiško field, Croatian Zagorje. If the weather permits you see all the way to Zagreb, Croatian capital. There is a tourist information centre as well on the farm, where you will get all the necessary information and leaflets on national border crossing, hiking trails and the sights of Gorjanci and Posavje.
You will be served with a variety of home-made meats, cop-lop potica (rolled leavened dough rolled with a filling, the most common being ground walnuts), dishes from baker’s oven (lamb and suckling pig) an excellent accompaniment to the food being home-made cviček.
