Zadnjica is the valley between Trenta and the western walls of Triglav and Kanjavec.

It rises from Trenta to the steep walls of Triglav.

It is enclosed by the summits of:
- Zadnjiški Ozebnik,
- Vršac,
- Kanjavec,
- Triglav,
- the high plateau of Kriški Podi with its nearby peaks.

Waters:
- the Krajcarca stream,
- Beli potok stream.

Mountain lodges above the valley:
- Pogačnikov dom on Kriški podi Plateau,
- Zasavska koča on Prehodavci.


There is a convenient route through the Luknja pass into the Vrata Valley.
