From the doorstep, the Ugovšek family will show you the hills in the vicinity and list the sights that are hiding in the upper Savinja Valley.


The food on the Ramšak farm is healthy and homemade. There is never a lack of dried meat products, among which guests like most the savinjski zelodec, as well as the homemade bread, milk, and home-grown vegetables and fruit. The hostess also prepares štruklji and žlikrofi.

Guests who especially like active vacations will enjoy the Logarska dolina valley; others will stay at the farm and watch how baskets are woven or help with the farm work. The farm is a starting point for shorter or longer mountain hikes, and there are several exceptionally beautiful churches and monasteries in the vicinity worth visiting.
