English, Croatian, Italian The tourist farm is located in the village of Robidišče, the westernmost village in Slovenia. The farm specializes in cheese making and organic farming and also respects the rich local culinary heritage. You can taste local specialties such as frika (a potato dish), polenta with cheese, štruklji, as well as dairy products such as sheep's milk yogurt with fruit topping, sheep's milk cheese and feta cheese. They also offer their guests bread made from organically-grown wheat ground in their own mill. The bread is even more delicious when it accompanies a dish made from lamb or chicken grown on the farm. It also goes well with vegetable stew.
Since the hostess has a way with children, the farm places great emphasis on quality holidays of families with children as well as children on their own. Both children and adults can take part in different programs that make them connect with nature through dynamic activities. All programs are created in cooperation with the participants.
The farm is an excellent starting point for visiting the nearby towns of Kobarid, Čedad/Cividale, Bovec and Tolmin as well as for hiking in the mountains (Stol, Matajur, Mia). In the summer months you can go for a swim in the crystal clear water of the Nadiža river, just a half an hour's walk from the village. A day trip to the villages in neighboring Italy is also an interesting option. Finally, Robidišče is definitely a great place for all those who seek peace and simplicity.
