The Jakopina excursion farm is situated in the middle of Olimje near the Baroque 17th-century church and one of Europe's oldest pharmacies (1450). To serve the increasing number of visitors to Olimje, the Jakopins can accommodate 75 diners in the restaurant and 100 on the terrace (large groups should make reservations).
Guests are offered home-grown chicken and pork from the farm oven, dried meat products, milk and various dairy products, vegetables, fruit, and homemade bread, and you can purchase cracklings, butter, cold cuts, salami, local wines, . . .
The Jakopins also offer wine tasting in their wine cellar, which was built in 1834. Nearby are several excursion points worth visiting including the Witches' Cottage, Jelenov greben, the Amon farm, the Haler gostilna, and the chocolate cottage. Beside the farm are two clay tennis courts as well as marked bicycle and walking trails, and it is only a few kilometers to the Atomske Toplice Health Resort.
