The oldest Slovene book about wine, found on one of the farms in Slap, shows that viticulture in Slap has a long tradition. At Trošt’s, they sell bulk and bottled wines. White wines: Zelen, Pinela, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Riesling Italico and Ribolla. Red wines: Merlot, Barbera, Cabernet, Sauvignon. Wine tasting for groups of a maximum of 50 people. Advance notice is desired. The household is included in the project Vipava wine road.
