The path in Žuniči is definitely one of the most interesting paths in Slovenia. A well over 200 m long path extends across half a hectare of karst meadow, and includes explanatory boards (about history, descriptions of bees and bee families, honey, honey plants, etc.), historical beehouse (from 1950), a modern beehouse, several hollows for bees and a barrel with a bee family, observation hive, and a covered resting area. The path is also marked with all honey plants, but more than anything, the natural environment is inviting is itself.
