The church is built in Istrian rustic style. It has a rectangular form with a semicircular apse (covered by tiles) and a bell tower with two openings for the bells. In the centre of the high altar there is a painting  which portrayed Mary with Jesus and some angels and on the left side there is St. Nazarius with the clay model of Koper in one hand, on the right side whereas, St. John. The author of the work is unknown.
