A twin-towered church hovering between the sky and forest shall appear in the beam of lights when taking a look at it in the dark. The church of St Mihael, constructed between 1637 and 1641, is regarded to be one of the most important ambiental cultural monuments in the Savinja river basin. Gothic and renaissance motives are interlacing each other in its details made by stonecutting and carving trade masters. The mighty interior of the church is accomplished by "golden altars" - the high altar, both lateral altars from the 17th century and both altars at the nave walls from the 18th century. One of these altars used to serve as the high altar in the demolished church of St Egidij in Zidani Most. The foothpath aside, there have still been four of seven chapels of the Stations of the Cross from the 17th century. A walk worth any effort.
