
A stew of cooked lamb, braised beef and vegetables, suitable as a dish on its own or side dish.
Ingredients:
• 1kg lamb
• 1 onion
• 3 cloves of garlic
• salt
• juniper berries
• summer savoury (šetraj)
• bay leaf
• peppercorns
• 1 carrot
• 1 kg potatoes
• 50 g flour
Fry the onions on fat, add medium size cut meat, and fry for a while. When the meat is done, add the spices, pour in some bone soup and add peeled and into small pieces cut potatoes. Fry flour on fat and add the roux to the soup and boil for another 45 minutes.
