This is a type of štruklji made from stretched filo pastry dough, filled with cooked and mashed beans, cream, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper. They can be cooked or baked and served as a main course or as a side dish with meat, pickled turnip stripes or sauerkraut, roasts and different salads.
