This is a dried meat product made from quality pork and bacon, stuffed in natural casings, with a distinctive oval and flat shape. It is a typical dish in the area of Idrija and Cerklje and was originally
registered as a Protected Geographical Indication as Šebreljski želodec, named after the Šebrele plateau.
