Slovenian Tourist Board
The Slovenian Tourist Board (STB) is the national umbrella tourist board, whose purpose is to plan and carry out the promotion of the country as a tourist destination, primarily in foreign markets.
STB is the national tourist board, and the only such institution in Slovenia.
 11.8.2009 The STB is the key umbrella organisation of Slovenian tourism and as such it devotes particular attention to the activities of presenting and marketing Slovenian tourism on the domestic and foreign markets. To this end in 2008 it carried out the majority of activities outlined in the programme of work in close cooperation with the Slovenian tourism industry and tourist destinations.
