The Foresteria, formerly known as “Albergo nuovo”, was once used as reception and accommodation facilities for podesta’s guests. It has a beautiful stone Renaissance door named Porta del Corte. The Foresteria was connected to the adjacent building named Armeria in the 18th century. The buildings were constructed in the 15th and 16th centuries.
