The mansion is located in Marija Gradec settlement not far from the church of Mati Božja and is supposed to be reconstructed probably from the original and later Jurklošter mansion in the middle of 17th century by the Barons of Mosconi. In 1444 it was given the name "Hof zu Graz", however they called it the tower Grecz turn in 1448. Many proprietors of the mansion have had it in their possession since that time, of who the last proprietor previous to Second World War was Ivan Jacobi, a doctor, from Zagreb. After the war, Gradec was rearranged into several flats. Now, the mansion is a guesthouse.
