This cave is a natural monument. It combines 352 metres of tunnels on three levels. It is famous for rich aragonite ornaments. Fragile, snow-white aragonite crystal covers are formed as stalactites and stalagmites, sinters and needle like structures of different shapes and sizes. The most spectacular are the structures of over 10 cm long needles in the form of the so-called porcupine, which represent the chief ornament of this cave. In spite of being damaged in the past, the cave is well preserved and kept.
It is located at Ravne pri Cerknem, and is entered from the centre of the village next to the Kramar homestead. Currently, the cave is closed for the public.
