This Central Štajerska farm of the subpannonian type presents domestic arts and crafts, traditions, and customs every Friday and Saturday (16:00 to 18:00). During hands-on educational workshops, visitors participate in baking bread, weaving baskets from cornhusks, blacksmithing, and other traditional occupations. Štajerska’s subpannonian farms – folk architectural heritage and cultural traditions: in the ethnological workshop visitors can help bake bread, weave cornhusks, and forge horseshoes. The nearby Renaissance-Baroque Strmol Manor also invites you for a visit. Special feature: Largest open-air museum in Slovenia.
