The Museum of the Southern Railway is located by the Šentjur Railway, at the switch which is exhibited there, the so-called 'stellwerken', which is the only one preserved from the year 1846. There are also signal-security device, switch device, telephone devices of different types, railway barrier drive - mechanism, railway telephone central for Styrian railways, traffic documentation on performing the traffic service, regulations, instructions of all periods - still written in Gothic. The Museum has been preserving the documentation on constructions, tunnels and different lights run on carbide, petroleum and from rape oil.
Among exhibited objects outdoors, the steam engine attracts the most attention.
