Not far from Ljubljana is the Log Valley and Petkovec where the Kaja and Grom Ranch is located. Its renovated farmhouse is over 200 years old and boasts an authentic "black kitchen", a legacy of our forefathers. The ranch prides itself on being surrounded by unspoiled nature where its eleven horses and two of the smallest horses in Slovenia belonging to the "mini-horse" breed reign supreme. Caring for horses is the most important basic activity at the ranch. The staff will acquaint you with the work connected with this noble animal and teach you much about understanding its behaviour. Only then will you be ready for your first ride.
