Among the vine-growing Gorjanci hills lies the Pri Martinovih farm. Their guests stay in aa wooden farmhouse, which is between 250 and 300 years old, beautifully renovated and protected as a national heritage site.
Tired and hungry visitors are offered lamb and suckling pig, roasted in a wood-burning oven, as well as other good things: home-reared meat, home-grown vegetables, home-made bread, salads, brandy and wine ( white or cviček).
Visitors can swim at the nearly Čatež Thermal Spa, whilst the river Krka is even nearer. They can drive over to kostanjevica on the Krka or walk up to Veliki Črnik or St. Vid. Next to the house, children will find swings, a sandpit and a playyground, as well as cats, Nero the dog and Koko the cockerel.
