<![CDATA[Tourist farm Bizjak, Orehovec 3, Pristava pri Mestinju, , <IMG src=pictures/TB_other_accommodations/2003/9/8767_lega.jpg align=left>The Bizjak farm is located in the hilly region of Kozjansko just about halfway between the Rogaška Slatina and Atomske Toplice health resorts; near the house beside the forest are a barn, a kozolec, and a vineyard work shed. The latter promises that guests will not leave thirsty, and the good wines are accompanied by fresh pork and beef, dried meat products, cottage cheese, and homemade bread. For desert, the cottage cheese potica (better known locally as zafrkječa) is truly special. Pleasant walking destinations include the two pilgrimage churches on nearby Tinski vrh, and car excursions can be made to the monastery and medieval pharmacy in Olimje and the health resorts. There is always plenty to do on the farm, from corn husking to playing in the hayloft, and since several members of the family are skilled musicians, the evenings resound with Slovene songs.,]]>
