Its farm buildings retain elements of traditional karst architecture, and the surrounding areas are rich with culture, places to see, and things to do. Nearby is the famous Lipica Stud Farm, home of the elegant white Lipizzaner horse, and there are tennis courts and a golf course in Lipica as well. The Škocjan Caves are sixteen kilometers away, and the Postojna Cave just twice as far. <br>
