The Štemberger farm produces cheese and raises sheep and goats. Here you can buy homemade goat cheese and various types of cottage cheese and cheese spreads.
It is well known that goats’ milk contains very little fat, which is finely dispersed and thus easily digestible, and goat’s cheese is also very popular because of its characteristic taste and soft compact structure.
They also sell meat, tanned skins, and sheep wool products and organize tours and tasting for individuals and groups.
