event organizer 

This association exists for almost a 100 years. All the credit for this goes to the male chorus which was established in 1988 and continued the tradition under the name of MPZ KUD Simon Jenko Temnica. In 2003 the association changed its name into Simon Jenko Association. Now we have 87 members who are mainly residents of the local community of Temmica and its surroundings. The association has 5 sections: - ection of women who prepare food for various events and take part in exhibitions - port section organizes walks and recreation - cultural section organizes celebrations; within this section works a theatrical group who organizes shows with sketches in dialect and performs in all northern Primorska. - Section for education organizes various courses and lectures - Section for tourism organizes trips for local people and guided tours for groups (book in advance). We will make our tours even more interesting with short sketches in dialect.
