Spodnji Kocjan (Slovenske gorice, Radenci), 265 metres, population 68. This clustered ridge village in the Kapelske gorice hills lies on the eastern spur of the main ridge on which the settlement of Kapelski Vrh is located. Small private vineyards and orchards cover the slopes either side of the ridge, giving way to mixed forest lower down in the ravines of Hlaponska Graba and Šutejeva Graba. Spodnji Kocjan is also the location of the remains of a castle said to have belonged to Attila the Hun.
