The Hubelj spring is one of the largest, clearest, and most drinkable karst springs in the Vipava Valley. Collecting deep inside the mountain, the water flows from numerous holes in the karst rock.
The Natural Science Education Trail to this interesting spring leads you over 3,100 meters through the mysterious world of nature. At 24 informative stops, you will get to know typical species of trees and shrubs, rock formations, the water ecosystem, forest animals, and other items of interest.
