These are the components that give the city its soul and bear witness to the rich history of the small nation that succeeded in preserving its language and culture at the meeting point of Romance, Germanic, and Hungarian influences. Kamnik lived and still lives at a crossroads, which enables it to remain an important piece in the mosaic of our country.
